The bus was 30 min late, from boarding time, we were left waiting in the 100 degree heat. The bus was hot, AC not working well. The bus took weird routes, thru small dilapidated neighborhood roads, that were VERY bumpy. The guide was excellent and did the best with what she had to work with!

Our guide and driver were fantastic. I was exposed to wonderful parts of dallas I didn't know about, and all the venues provided wonderful food in a timely manner. Going.to take a few more different tours. Definitely recommend 100%

Jeanine was our tour guide. Excellent tour of chocolatiers! We made 5 stops, received samples at all--full size "samples" of their creations at most stops. The air-conditioned coach was comfortable, even for larger sized individuals. We sat in the far back and were still cool and comfortable--and could hear what Jeanine was saying throughout the tour. She gave lots of information, not just about chocolate, but also about the areas we drove through to get to the various chocolatiers. During the tasting portions at the vendors, Jeanine mingled with the passengers to ensure we were having a good time and enjoying our treats. The on-bus trivia was geared so that everybody-young and old-had an opportunity to win. Our tour included people ages approximately 12-60. All appeared to have a good time. Very little walking. I think the furthest we walked was approximately 20 yards at one stop. Our group of 3 all had various ailments that prevent us from walking any distance and we all made it without trouble. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who love chocolate!
