What To Expect

Bisbee

Our experienced guides will lead you on an e-bike tour through town and share with you the history, art, and architecture of Old Bisbee. You will be provided with a wireless communication earpiece that makes it easy to hear your guide and ask questions. The guided tour will last for one hour and the second hour is for you to explore Bisbee on your own.

Copper Queen Library and observation balconies EST 1882

Guests will see the Bisbee Post Office and Copper Queen Library Building. The building is an example of Renaissance Revival architecture and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. They will learn the history of the Copper Queen Library and the interesting story behind how it was established.

Superior Court of Arizona County of Cochise

Riding through town past local restaurants and shops, the tour will stop briefly at the Cochise County Courthouse, an excellent example of the Art Deco style of architecture. Here, guests will learn more of the history of the area and how Bisbee came to be the County seat. The tour will continue to a mural wall by Rose Johnson, a famous muralist from England. Guests will learn about her art in Bisbee, and her tragic death at an early age. From here, guests can return to B Active, or continue exploring Bisbee on their own.

The bikes were a lot of fun to ride. Absolutely LOVED the tour, helped us get acquainted with this adorable town. Our tour guide was amazing. It was my first time on an e-bike and she was great in teaching me how to use it. I did crash into a van🤦🏻‍♀️, which was not fun but definitely no fault of our tour guide. In fact she handled my accident with grace and kindness (I am a bit accident prone). I jumped back on and enjoyed the rest of the tour and our solo ride. I would do it all again, minus the crash and highly recommend it!

We did the 2-hour e-bike tour of Old Bisbee. Our group was my husband and I who are in our 60s, and our adult son - the e-bikes were so easy to use. John was a wonderful tour guide who told us so many interesting stories about Bisbee's history. We could tell that John really loves the history and the charm that Bisbee has to offer. He pointed out so many great things and had loads of stories to tell us. We loved everything about it. The e-bikes are the only way to go if you want to see lots of back streets of Bisbee. We loved it that we had one hour to explore on our own and ride wherever we wanted to go. It was the highlight of our trip to Bisbee. Highly recommend this activity!
