I booked a guided e-bike tour with lunch. I tried calling the business and emailing the owner several times prior to the rental date to clarify details and never received a response. On the day of the rental, I showed up at the specified location, which was a dirt turnaround with several junked cars, trash, and a dilapidated shed. After calling and texting the business, I received a text asking if I could use assistance. I texted back the situation and about 20 minutes later a woman showed up and opened the shed. I asked about the guide and lunch and she said she had no idea about any of that - she was just "the housekeeper". She said the 800 number is never picked up and goes straight to voicemail but gave me the owner's number. When I called, it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. At this point I felt the entire episode was ridiculous and requested a full refund via text and email. I didn't receive a response and am now disputing the charge on my credit card. I would not use this business again.
