Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon is a quiet, special place off the beaten path just outside of beautiful Kanab. The quiet serenity of beautiful colored Navajo Sandstone rocks that have taken millions of years to form will take your breath away and leave you wanting more.

This is a group tour, but no combination of groups will exceed 10 travelers so that we can keep the experience affordable and intimate.

What To Expect

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon

On this group tour, (no more than 10 people to keep it affordable and intimate) you will explore the beauty and wonder of Peek a Boo Slot canyon in Kanab, Utah. It's an easy 1.5 mile (2.4K) hike roundtrip through a spectacular slot canyon located about 10 miles north of Kanab. This is a must see while in the Kanab area.

We are so happy that we didn't use one of the big tour groups and went with Julie -- she gave us an amazing tour of one of the slot canyons and took great photos for us as well. And it wasn't crowded at all so the experience was even more exceptional. We had a little extra time so she took us to some of the other local spots of interest (my personal favorite was the creamsicle rocks at hidden rock) We highly recommend this tour!

Lara was my guide, with Dan going on his first training tour. Amazing see her driving difficult roads! Both were nice and relaxed, so we had time to discover places which were even new to them. The slot canyon was smaller than expected, but offered nice colors for some awsome fotos.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our Peek a Boo tour with Julie! She was very knowledgable about the canyon and pointed out many things we would have missed without her. She knew all the best spots to take photos and took some great group shots for us. We mentioned we had wanted to hike to Hidden Lake but not all the people in our group could make the hike so Julie decided to drive us there. It was amazing! Julie was friendly, easy to chat with and made us feel like we were hanging out with an old friend. She truly made our day magical! Thank you!
