Really liked our experience. The day was perfect, though a bit windy which challenged our muscles against some of the currentā€¦.but we did get to experience the manatees once closer to the mangrove area, they played around us and this was cool. The booking , however, was through a 3rd party called VIATOR. It advertised $59 but I was charged almost $79 per person. We didnā€™t receive an actual detailed receipt but somewhere it said it included tax and gratuity. It never showed up on a full receipt. Also there was a section to go on line and sign a waiver before coming but the waiver said I had already inspected the kayaks and they were all great, but if I return the items with damage I may be charged on my card. I didnā€™t think this was very user friendly. When we got to the site, none of the staff could help nor knew anything about VIATOR charging services. So, that was why I only gave a 4star.

Thank you for your review Susan! Yes, Viator is a third party booking engine much like Hotels.com, Expedia, etc., and (as is typical with these sites) charges more than booking directly with the supplier. While their prices do include tax, they do not include gratuity and (to their credit) do not advertise as such. With this in mind, we always believe it is better (and cheaper!) to book with us directly. A breakdown of the charge is not provided (and not available to us) as the price through this booking channel is ā€˜all-inclusive,ā€™ as advertised, and therefore has no breakdown. All that said, I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your tour and look forward to the opportunity to be of service again on your next visit! -Stefan

Our guide was excellent. We saw a nurse shark and 4 manatees. The one swam around our kayak and even pushed us a little. The mana grove tunnel was amazing too. Well worth the trip.
