We rented kayaks online and signed the waivers online for a half day kayak rental at Bunche Beach. When we arrived they immediately put our gear in the water and we went off for a self guided tour. We did the circuit that they recommended. We saw manatees in the canals. We kayaked along the beach and stopped for a swim. Lovely experience, good gear and pleasant individuals on the dock

Thank you for sharing your experience here! We love hearing stories like yours! The Bunche Beach area is really about as close to perfect as you can get for paddling, swimming, wildlife viewing, and just relaxing! (we might be a tad bit biased though) We hope you'll come have fun with us again soon! -Stefan

We enjoyed our tour guide, Laura. It was not much eco discussion and didnā€™t see much nature but a couple people did paddle under someoneā€™s dock to see a manatee. The paddling in the bay was pretty far and we went farther because the group in front of us was still on the beach. Overall it was a pleasant trip with friends, just not much nature sighting.

Thank you for your review Lynda! We're sorry you didn't enjoy the tour. Wildlife is unpredictable and we don't necessarily see every species on every trip, but it sounds like you got so see some Manatees, and hopefully enjoyed the Mangrove Tunnels. We hope to see you again on your next visit! -Stefan

Our guide Jesse was fantastic! Very informative and a 3rd generation native haha!! We saw so many manatees, some were even nudging kayaks. This was our second time doing the Eco tour and we will continue to use Kayak Excursions. Thanks for the fun time.
