If we cancel your tour due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. We do not cancel for light rain, unless the outdoor temperature is 50* or below, so if you'd like to bring a poncho, please do!
We definitely recommend sunblock! Bug spray during the summer is helpful. You may also want to bring a change of clothes or wear swimwear.
Kayakers must be willing to step in approximately six inches of water to enter and exit the kayak.
Recommended for ages 4 years old and up. Children under 12 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.
Not recommended for serious medical conditions.

Took the 2-hour guided tour and had a great time! Very relaxing trip and the kayaks/equipment were excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, river, plants and animals. Reasonably priced as well.

So kayaking has been on my “bucket list” for quite awhile. I had concerns about whether or not I n get in and out of a kayak not to mention if I would be able to paddle for an extended period of time. I saw Amelia Island Adventures website and was intrigued by the kayaks with the backs. I called and talked to Kerri who was possibly the nicest person ever and she answered my many questions and made me feel like this was something I could do!! My husband and I went on the Lofton Creek Eco tour and Louis was out guide. He was fantastic.......patient and encouraging and so knowledgeable about where we went and what we saw!! We loved this trip!!
