After this combo tour, you’ll be taken back to your hotel.

Our guide Sam was absolutely amazing, I learned alot about Memphis and it's history. We will be coming back and we will be requesting Sam as our tour guide. Please tell him thank you for us and yes it was just Coke in my cup.

The reservation site lets you select from a list of hotels to get picked up from. The one I selected ended up not being one that they actually pick up from. We ended up waiting out there for a couple hours before we called and were told they don't pick up from that location. Wasted money on ubers going to their nearest supported pickup spot. The tour starts off from the memphis welcome center but the tour description doesn't state that. We managed to catch up with the tour bus at the Peabody hotel and caught the second half of the tour. I talked with a couple people that had some communication mishaps themselves. They tried to make it seem like seem like it was my fault because there's some fine print that says I should call and reconfirm my booking and I noticed a text message among my million or so other text messages asking me to confirm. Though I'm not convinced reconfirmed would have caught the error unless I told them the address on my ticket of the pickup location and they realized it was not on the list they have of hotels they pick up from. Fortunately after experiencing the 2nd half of the tour and the cruise, I realized memphis in general isn't really that interesting except for the elvis and king Jr. assassination thing. So I didn't miss much. I gave them 2 stars only because I've seen worse. They would have gotten 3 stars if they would have better standards and offered at least a partial refund.

The hotel pickup is complimentary and we only pickup at hotels in the downtown area. Your voucher states that you call and confirm your tour 24 hours prior to departure to avoid all mishaps.
