Tom Lee Park

Pass by Tom Lee Park, named after Tom Lee, a worker who jumped into the river to save the lives of 32 passengers of a sinking steamboat in 1925. Along the way, you'll learn all about the history of the river and discover how Mississippi influenced commerce in Memphis and the surrounding areas. After this combo tour, you’ll be taken back to your hotel.

Sam our city tour guide was amazing!!! He was so kind and enthusiastic, you can tell that he loves his job. He was very informative and we learned a lot that we didn’t know about the city of Memphis. We also did the riverboat tour which was a little long, but overall a nice day and a fun way to see the city.

Was disappointed that no coffee, tea or hot chocolate was available on a cooler day everyone in our party would’ve enjoyed the warm beverage. Was told coffee maker was broken….go get a fixed one from other boat? Also no popcorn being made, it was broke too😞. The alcoholic beverages that were purchased, were not good and no one drank them.
