The guide was a nice guy - had been doing this sort of tour for a while. I guess I was expecting a bit more comprehensive experience with a story to go along with it. It was more just tidbits of things as we passed - definitely was not a Freedom Trail tour. It had a few of the sites along the Trail but a lot of it had nothing to do with the actual Freedom Trail. I would say have the sites we stopped at weren't even official FT sites.

We do include a lot more than the "official": Freedom Trail Sites, including sites and stories of the founding of Boston, more of current history and pointing out some significant architectural and cultural points of interest. We also try and weave all that into a cohesive fabric with stories relating them. I am sorry that it included more than you were expecting and was not what you wanted.

Tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Would definitely recommend. I wish we knew there was an extended version of the tour.

Glad you enjoyed the tour. Next time you hear of an additional option, ask the question on how to do that. It would have been easy to extend the tour if you wished. We would have loved to have you on the tour for longer.

Our guide made the walk very entertaining, with plenty of good historical details that are otherwise a bit obscure. It was a worthwhile tour.
