The tour began at the visitors centre on Boston Common (cost $20). Our guide, Jeremiah Poope, was excellent. He was very knowledgable and also very entertaining, mixing interesting facts with amusing anecdotes and lesser known facts. The group was very large (50+ at a guess), but he managed very well, ensuring all heard and waited for everyone. His experience enabled him to guide us away from causing disruption to passers by on the pavements. Learned a lot, very entertained and enjoyed greatly.

This was not our Tour. We NEVER would have 50 people on a tour!

If you want to get a lot of great historical information that may not have been in the history books go on this tour!! Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Took time to answer questions! Highly recommended!
