Not as entertaining/engaging as we were hoping. Only covered a small portion of the freedom trail & our guide was a little boring.

This tour covers The Downtown Freedom Trail from Faneuil Hall to Quincy Market. That is 11 of the 16 sites. We never clam it is the whole Freedom Trail, which cannot be done in 70 minutes. Sorry you found even that piece boring.

Our guide, Allan, was engaging, very knowledgeable, and energetic. Our only regret was we didnā€™t select the full tour. We highly recommend this tour as opposed to the costumed, showy tours available. Well done Allan!

Thanks so much for your kind words and recommendation. Had I known your desire, would have been happy to extend your tour to include Back Bay and Beacon Hill. Next time!

well for starters I couldn't find our guide. The address was a street corner not a real address. There was no sign/kiosk nothing. It was only after I wander around a bit asking all the other guides did I eventually stumbled upon the right group. I bought through Trip Advisor and purchased a 'guided walking tour' but it turns out the tour was 'City Walks" that was never information shared w/me previously

I am sorry you had difficulty finding the location. It is true there is no kiosk or office there, but it is a real location with a real address. The Tour is exactly what you purchased as listed on the top and it truly is a guided walking tour. Just so you know, the company giving the tour is Boston CityWalks and Trip Advisor is the company where you bought the tickets. I trust that after all that you enjoyed the guided walking tour!
