For the Canadians:If you are ready to heat sarcastic remarks about Canadians from your bike guide Go ahead! Not me!Tour guide saying you are the 51 st state , when I said definitely not his answer was:oh you re one of them! And went on with very negative remarks about Prime Minister Trudeau and enem the new one Carney! It is not like you have a president that you can be proud of! Remarks like this in a guided tour are totally inappropriate! So unfortunately it is a nice tour but I will not recommend it to Canadians!

We did the guided sunrise tour with Eddie, Steve and Russ, we had the pickup which was convenient but started at 2:45, to the office to watch safety video and get helmets, go to park about 6:00, sunrise just before 7:00, then did not get on a bicycle until 9:30!!! We had to drive out of park, then review more safety stuff with bike people, this just felt like a long morning! I knew no food would be provided, but we were starving by the time we got down to town at 11:15. I also had no idea we would be riding so little and with the Maui bike people for 10 hours! I thought get a super early pickup to get safety stuff done, ride to park, watch sunrise, bike down and be done to grab breakfast then ride back to our place which didn’t happen until after 1:00, way too long. The tour guides were great, very knowledgeable, but the bike ride was too short, too many stops, and the entire tour being a total of 10 hrs with pickup and drop off was crazy!
