This was a great experience. Our guide, Billy, was wonderful and full of humor. The sunrise was phenomenal (it was VERY cold - bundle up - with wind it was real feel in the 30’s). Bike ride was adventurous & worth it.

This trip with Bike Maui to the sunrise is a must-do. Everyone should experience the natural beauty of this volcano, like they do the Grand Canyon, etc. this bike company is organized, the tour guides are great, your safety is is their #1 concern. Ask to be in Eddie-Buddy’s van. He’s excellent! and shares Hawaiian lore and dry humor that will leave you groaning in a good way.

This was an amazing experience. The guides were fantastic and I’m so glad we did the self-guided bike ride down. We are a family of 4 with children 19 & 17 and had no issues with the ride down and finding our way on our own. Seeing the sunrise over the crater was better than we ever imagined. Highly recommend this tour and experience.
