Arrived and they had no car available despite having our ticket and confirmation number. Dax, the desk attendant was super friendly and apologetic. He tried to help but the manager, John was just terrible, moody, no apology, no refund. Acted like it was our fault for not confirming with him he had a car even though I had my confirmation number and ticket. Then tried blaming Viator. He stated he could get us another Slingshot "in maybe a few hours but no sooner" but no discount for our troubles. Dax had already arranged for one an hour late. That kid was just terrific and is definitely destined for better than this Mickey Mouse" operation. Slingshot was fun color and ride so no regrets but the vehicles are run down with bald tires and rough sounding. They sure aren't focused on safety or good business practices. A shame because this could be a great little business. Maybe they need to fire John and promote Dax for great customer service.
