To begin with, the guide was prompt and kept us moving through the Valley Forge tour at a reasonable pace. He, Dale, gave a running narration about the city, the surrounding areas and geography leading up to VF and at Valley Forge. He really made it relatable and gave a sequential rendition of this historical event. His tour included time at the visitor center watching a great overview video and many stops at key locations to the event. The entire tour was fantastic.

Thank you Julie! There is a lot to talk about at Valley Forge, but our guides present it in a way that is anything but a lecture. It's a discussion. It's a way to immerse yourself in the surroundings and lets you imagine the difficulties faced by those troops in that harrowing winter. We are thrilled that you got so much out of it.

Tom knows history. He answered every question I had. He took the time to find out where my ancestor, who died there, was camped and I was able to take pictures of it. A great experience and I would take a tour with him again. Thanks

Tom certainly knows history, as do all of our guides. And they love to go above and beyond to increase a guest's connection with the site. That is amazing that you got to discover where your ancestor camped at Valley Forge! What an experience.

Very interesting! Guide Tom was excellent and I would certainly recommend him. However, I was sorry local Ventures company did not call me back when we had questions about actual tour.
