The tour guide tried calling us the night before but instead called the wrong number twice and therefore we didn’t know they changed our tour from 11am to 9:30am therefore we missed the horseshoe bend guided tour. we had to drive ourselves to the lower antelope tour and once we arrive the lower antelope tour was too quick, the tour guide for the lower antelope wasn’t letting us take photos, kept rushing us to move on through the tour and therefore it wasn’t enjoyable. The tour guide then told us to go alone to the horseshoe bend and see it for ourselves. We then had to pay extra to take our car into the horseshoe bend. Definitely the experience was not as described, we did not get a tour, was not worth $189 per person and would not recommend for anyone.

Dear Andreas, We are sorry for what happened to your experience. It is our internal error that we did not notice you in advance for the pickup time change. We have rescheduled you to join a later tour that day. Finally you have joined the tour but with no guide accompanying you for the Horseshoe Bend part. Here we have refunded you $20 for the Horseshoe Bend parking fee. We apologize for what happend again and hope you have a nice day.

We had a wonderful 1/2 day touring Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Ben, our tour guide with Ken’s tours taught us so much about the canyon while making it fun and taking beautiful pics! Although we could have gone to Horseshoe on our own, it was nice to be driven and not have to worry about anything.
