E-Bikes are Heavier! So riders must be comfortable riding a traditional bike

The staff was friendly and very helpful as we were first timers. The bikes were great quality and easy to use. We had a great time and so far it’s been the highlight of our trip.

Easy online reservation system. Check in was also easy. Had never used an ebike but the quick instructions given by the staff made me comfortable. Directions to the trail were easy and the bike was easy to get used to. The ebike made rising literally effortless. The trail itself is breathtaking. Getting back up the hill from Lakeshore was easy with the electric assist. Overall awesome. Two hours was just right to ride the trail and mess around a little in Sand Harbor.

From rental to ride, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic and the bikes were easy to ride. Less than 2 minute learning curve, then all fun!
