E-Bikes are Heavier! So riders must be comfortable riding a traditional bike
Not recommended for anyone not very familiar & comfortable riding a bike!

We enjoyed our experience so much. The bikes were well maintained and easy to use. We had learnt of time to stop and explore and also have a bite to eat. The trail was beautiful! The lake was sparkling.

Be warned, we had two riders scheduled. One of the riders became Sick in the morning so we tried to reschedule. They would not allow us to reschedule and would not refund our money so I am out over $200. This is very disappointing.

Sorry about your situation. We would of rescheduled but the truth is you insisted on a refund. But as we were holding your spot we were also turning away other people that wanted to go in your stead. While your situation is indeed unfortunate it is not fair to those we had to turn away. We also do allow cancellation for any reason if we had 24 hours' notice which is communicated to everyone(including yourself) who books and 30 minutes prior to the activity is well past that

Gorgeous views! It was a bit cold but we loved it. The trails were tooo short :) the bikes worked great and were very helpful with the ride
