Our guide was fine. Management and the owner were TERRIBLE!!! Molly especially was very hard to work with. Rafting was fun though. I’d suggest you find a different company and float the same river. I’ll never book with this company again.

Hello, Based on your similar review with us on Google, I understand you were in the group with two pregnant guests who we did not take rafting last Thursday. We are as disappointed as you are that we were not able to take your whole group, but we reserve the right to not take guests who may be at risk on our river trips as safety is our number one priority. Because the Animas River is at peak flows for the season, its fast moving current and rocks are undoubtedly a risk to expecting mothers. We did not feel that this rafting trip was worth even the slightest possibility of harming a baby if anything happened while on the river. We also apologize about the misunderstanding you had for the refund. It was not our intention to mislead you or anyone in your group of 12, and the 4 who did not raft were refunded immediately. We are truly sorry about how this affected your experience with us, we just want to ensure that everyone on our river trips will be safe.

We went half day down the San Miguel with Robby and it was amazing. My husbands first time. It was perfect! Robby kept up entertained the whole time! Absolutely great!
