The guides and rafting were good . Guide wasn’t very experienced, but was positive and kept us safe. The wetsuit we rented left rubber marks all over my shoulders and won’t easily scrub off . Don’t think it was clean either. This is a cattle operation. We became part of a group of more than 60 people. There were delays throughout the day. Mild to Wild has ONE bathroom. Not enough for that many people. It took an hour and twenty minutes from our scheduled arrival before we started the rafting. We were scheduled to return at 4:30 -4:45 pm We arrived at 6:15 pm Three times , we went to shore sitting on the side waiting. Waiting for what, we weren’t told much. Two of the three times, we were sitting there for more than 30 minutes. Not fun. When we arrived at the shore to get out, it took an additional 40 minutes before we were on our way back to the office. All this unnecessary waiting time became frustrating. . At that point, we were hungry and very tired of waiting around When we returned, they didn’t send our pictures that we prepaid for. When they did, they sent the wrong photos from a different family. The rafting was good other than the additional two plus hours of waiting around and the worn out gear. We would highly recommend going with a better rafting company.

We had an absolute great experience!! Sam and Sam were our guides and they were incredible! My family and brothers family had the best experience. I have to admit I was nervous but Sam made me fell safe and made the day so memorable. All the guides that were in other rafts were also great and everyone interacted with each other and the day flew by! Highly recommend Thai experience.

We came with a large family group and they were able to get us in, no problem. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! They were definitely happy to be there. The wetsuit rentals were affordable and a nice option for the kids (and adults). Speaking of kids, they made sure everything was safe and fun for all the kids in our group, and they had a blast. Our guide, Victoria, was so good! We were impressed with how knowledgeable she was not only about running the river and keeping us safe, but about history and recommendations around the town. She was friendly and funny and we all loved her. The river run itself was super fun, had a good amount of splashing and small rapids (as well as one big one) but had plenty of float time to enjoy the river and scenery. Perfect trip overall!
