Hayden was a great guide. He shared interesting facts, landmarks, and jokes making it very entertaining. He walked my kid up where I could see him as we went around a rapid to another adult who waited with him as we went down. I could see him easily. He was very patient with us arriving late. The girl in the shop was also very accommodating when I had made a mistake on photo ordering and offered a prize to my son after he fell and scraped his knee to make him feel better. The bus driver to pick us up pulled in right as we finished our rafting. As big of a pain in the butt we were, they definitely made us feel welcome. I will be recommending this to friends, we all had a blast!

We did the lower Animas mid-May and we were hoping for great spring weather, but stubborn winter had different plans. Mild to Wild still made our trip great. With wet suits and fleece we braved the water and Bengie, Dillon and Sam made us laugh and we enjoyed the trip very much. Thank you Mild to Wild, a trip to Durango without doing a tour with you is not complete.
