We thoroughly enjoyed this tour to Snoqualmie Falls. There was a lot seen on the tour. We were picked up on time in a new shuttle bus, there was less than 10 people onboard - including us. Tracey was our tour guide and driver and she was a wealth of information and ultra friendly - we really enjoyed our tour with Tracey. Tracey collected us from the Pan Pacific Hotel in Seattle, after collecting up a few guests, we drove to the Falls, which were beautiful, there are restrooms there, a small shop with coffee/pastries/cool drinks and touristy items. You don't get much time at the Falls - but ample time to take some photos at the lookout, and Tracey gives some good photo hints. We also got taken to the Ballard Locks & Fish Ladder (Fish Ladder was closed on the day we went) - we've been to the Ballard Locks before - but still a lovely place to vist. We went to Kerry Park at the end of the tour - still think this is the best place in Seattle to see the city landscape. We also stopped at the Freemont Troll to take photos which was great - last time we went there we had to stay on the bus (another tour) but this time we were able to disembark and take photos. We also stopped at Theo Chocolates and taste some samples and purchase some items (they even made it all the way back to Australia uneaten!!) Thank you Tracey and Terry - fantastic tour and Tracey made it even more enjoyable.

Thank you for the great comments on Tracy. She has been instrumental in helping make sure our tours are interesting and friendly. Her background as a former flight attendant allows her to understand what makes a great travel experience and we can always count on her to lead a fun and engaging tour. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Terry Divyak Owner - Shutter Tours

My wife and I purchased the Snoqualmie Falls Tour and we're glad we did. Chandler was our tour guide and provided 4 hours of information and entertainment. The Falls were beautiful as was Kerry Park. The troll and the locks were cool to see as well. I would recommend this as a great way for new visitors to learn about the city.

Chandler has been with us for 4 years and is probably the most world travelled guide we have. He is always helping us with added information for our tours, so I have no doubt it was informative and entertaining. I'm happy that you enjoyed the tour and thank you for your positive feedback. The highlight of visiting Seattle was actually getting out of the city. The Snoqualmie Falls tour is a good escape from the city to see the Twin Peaks (TV show) inn and falls. The tour also visited a Theo's Chocolates store (so-so), Kerry Park (good view), the Troll (unimpressive), locks at Commodore Park (great!). The tour is several hours long spanning noon, so come with some snacks and drinks.
