Amazing views, and an awesome experience! Thomas showed us so much about the island and all the stuff you can procure from the forest, it was a great learning experience as well as the beautiful sights.

Our guide Zack was awesome! The river and waterfall beautiful! The crowds of people not so much. Extremely busy time of year and we felt like we were Christmas shopping and everything was half off! They really book it solid, and you will have to deal with crowds on the river, the trail and also at the falls. Lots of hazards on the trail, it is very rocky and not level, not flat for those who have trouble.

Definitely recommend the early morning tour! This tour can be physically demanding. Make sure you are ready to paddle for quite a distance and hike in some challenging terrain. The river and hike were beautiful, but the waterfall was SO crowded! It was being at an amusement park. There was nothing serene about it. The hike out was also crazy crowded, so many groups trying to pass each other.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry that this tour did not meet your expectations. We are in the busiest season of the year. Also with the lift of restrictions everyone is traveling to all islands in Hawaii. We hope you have a wonderful day.
