Take your time, sit on a rock and look out into the vast mountain range in solitude. Enjoy driving along scenic mountain roads in an upscale vehicle with great views to soak up your surroundings. Guests get ample time at each sight and a local guide showing some of their favorite spots. Itinerary From Denver drive West to the Rocky Mountains. Explore a beautiful Canyon along a peaceful river and stop in places with panoramic views for miles. Stop at a local brewery on the way back to town.

Mount Evans Scenic Byway is a beautiful road close to Denver with great views of the Rocky Mountains. There are great spots along the way for nature walks and panoramic views for miles.

We were in town for a conference and five of us took this afternoon tour. Our tour guide was Mel- she was absolutely fantastic. The tour was so great, we were all talking about it all night. Mel was an absolute delight, she regaled us with stories while educating us every step of the way. Very smart, well travelled young lady with a copious knowledge of the environment, wildlife and local fauna. We loved it all. Mel shared that she has a grandmother that is 103 years young and the love she feels for her grandmother was palpable!! Red rock Amphitheatre, buffalo and elks were the highlights of our snowy day. If you are in Denver and have half a day to see some highlights of the area, take this trip!!!

This tour was totally worth it. Of course the fact that we had gorgeous, clear weather in February also helped to make this a lovely afternoon mountain escape. Mel was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, warm and friendly. It felt like having a good friend driving us around. My absolute favorite site was the Red Rocks amphitheater. What an spectacular wonder. My 16 year-old nephew loved stepping on the frozen lake. (Coming from South America, it was his first time seeing snow and ice, so a frozen lake was hard to beat). Overall, I really enjoyed the beauty of Denver’s outdoors! Thank you Mel and Aspire Tours.
