I had a free afternoon at the end of a business conference in Denver and this was perfect. Easy to meet at Union Station and a small enough group to make it feel super personal. Susie was a fantastic tour guide with great knowledge and we had a real sense she loves her job. She asked us what weā€™d like to see and do so we ticked pretty much all the boxes! We drove up through Clear Creek canyon up to Echo lake for a 30 min stop, then up to Juniper Pass lookout at 11000ft for another 30 mins. We then stopped at the small town of Idaho Springs for 45 mins where we could enjoy a beer at a local craft brewery or do some shopping. We were back in Denver for around 6pm and all in all a really brilliant short tour that Iā€™m very glad I chose to do.

My husband and I were in Denver for a professional conference for my job. I didnā€™t have much time, so this 4 hour tour was a great find. It was a great was to see the mountains and a few more sites. It was perfect and wasnā€™t to strenuous. Our guide was quirky and very knowledgeable we loved him! I would recommend this tour to all.

This is a must do tour if you have a spare afternoon in Denver. Our tour guide, Gentry, met us out front of union station. Once we were accounted for, we boarded a 14 passenger van and headed to our first stop. Along the way, Gentry told us what we would be expecting and gave us a ton of information on Denver. The first stop was a hike along a beautiful creek. Gentry was there to answer any questions we had. The scenery was amazing. After that we headed to the second stop which was another hike. This one was tougher than the first but the views were phenomenal. Then we headed to the last stop which was by a beautiful lake. At this stop, everyone split up. A few people opted to walk to a nearby bar for a drink, some walked around the lake, others hung out near the van. After this we headed back to Denver. Be sure to bring a water bottle. The altitude is no joke! Gentry was a fabulous tour guide and made this tour unforgettable!

HI stephweigelā€” We're so glad you had a great time on the Afternoon Rocky Mountain Escape with Gentry! Sounds like it was quite the day. Also, great advice on bringing water. You're right, that altitude is the real deal. Thanks again, and we appreciate you leaving a review! ā€”Brendon
