  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Minimum age is 8 years old
  • Comfortable hiking shoes/boots are recommended
  • Dress code: wear comfortable clothing, bring layers
  • *This is a moderate hike at altitude that guests may find challenging. This tour is not recommended for people who do not regularly exercise. Out of respect for the other guests on the tour, please consider our sightseeing tours if you are unsure if you can meet the physical requirements. Our guides reserve the right to ask guests to stop or turn around on the hike.
  • From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.
  • This tour is not currently available on Saturdays. Please call the office to inquire about a private hiking tour on Saturdays.
  • This tour does NOT visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Please consider either our full-day hiking or sightseeing tour that operates in the National Park.

What To Expect

Denver Union Station
Meet your guide at the base of the flagpole on the south side of Union Station.

Evergreen
Scenic drive to trail head. Then hike on one our favorite trails in the famed Rocky Mountain Range.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

So glad I decided to do the Boulder Flatirons hike on my trip in to Denver. Convenient pickup from downtown Denver and got to experience all the beauty of the mountains. Jennifer was a great tour guide--shared lots of local information and made it a fun trip. Will ba back!

Highly recommend this tour! Jennifer was great - very personable and knowledgeable about the area. It was very laid-back and would be appropriate for a range of fitness levels.

We had a sales team outing and choose Royal Arch in Boulder - which is not an easy hike but has the best views if you can make it up! Our guide Jen was awesome and made sure that we knew what we were in for and was constantly attentive to our team's needs. Following up a perfect hike with some food and good beer really rounded out the day! Highly recommend and it's a top request for future activities. Thank you!
