Half day whitewater rafting adventure through the Royal Gorge. Approximately a 3-hour tour on a 10-mile stretch of class III/IV whitewater. The Royal Gorge is world renowned for the epic scenery of the 1200 foot walls that tower over you, while you raft below the world's highest suspension bridge. FREE use of all river gear!

What To Expect

Royal Gorge Zip Line Tours

Guests will arrive at our base location 1 hour prior to the departure time. They will be outfitted for their gear and then given an extensive pre-trip orientation. From there, we will transport the guests to our private beach put in. The raft trip will last approximately 2.5-3 hours. We will then transport our guests back to our base location where you can view a slideshow at our Bar & Grill of all the photos that were taken during the trip. Photos are available for purchase. We do send along a kayaker with every Royal Gorge trip who takes photos of the trip and also doubles as support.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was my partner’s first time rafting and my third. We had such a fun time on this trip! Our guide, Cheers, had great vibes and made us feel safe and prepared. I haven’t purchased photos yet but the photos, available online for 2 years from your tour date, look fantastic and I plan to buy them in the future. These were the hardest rapids I’ve done yet and it was a total blast.

We did the half-day Royal Gorge rafting trip with a group of my cousins at a famliy reunion. SO FUN! Shandra (sp?) was a great guide. We went in late July. It was fun and adventurous without being too rough and terrifying. I'd highly recommend.

Look, it’s rafting, you will get wet. I appreciated that Ben helped immensely in that regard. He was the best in direction, information and making sure we had as much fun as he wanted us to! Hopefully next time we can flip.
