The fact that we got to visit only ONE SMALL farm with a few yearlings, a couple of mares and a small unkept stallion was rather disappointing. Todd is very informative and talks a lot, but I had come to see the standard of horses I don't see elsewhere in the world. That was my major downer.

That small farm was several hundred acres and their horses are well kept, groomed and bathed daily.

Assuming this is a real review, I don't understand. This was not just a driving tour. You had 3 places where you got out of the van. Two farms, Magdalena and Old Friends plus a stop at the Kentucky Horse Park. There is no way you could have seen these thoroughbred farms and the Kentucky Horse Park from the road!
