This 3+ hour family-owned thoroughbred heritage horse farm tour offers a fun and informative tour that will provide you with a unique experience and take you through the heart and soul of Kentucky’s beautiful Bluegrass Horse Country. This is an interactive tour were you will get to touch and pet some horses.

You will visit a private farm that is exclusive to us and has had winners of both the Preakness and Belmont Stakes and will have two in the Derby this year!

I decided to book this tour as a stop on a road trip from Michigan to North Carolina. I have always had a love for horses but my two sons (ages 11 & 13) did not share my enthusiasm when I told them we were doing this tour. However they LOVED it and it ended up being a highlight of our trip. Our guide (Nicholas) was amazingly knowledgeable. He is from a multi-generation horse racing industry family and is a trainer. We had several stops, including Keeneland, Hill and Dale Farms, and Old Friends. However it wasn't the stops or even the horses that made it such a great tour (although they were amazing), it was the interactions with our guide. Our group (from multiple states) peppered him continuously with questions and his answers and insight kept us all entertained. A great tour, would definitely recommend - even for picky teenagers!

One of the best tours we have ever taken. The whole family enjoyed it! Nick Neuman was so informative and answered all of our many questions. The afternoon spent on the horse farms with Nick as our guide truly made our experience in Lexington very memorable.

Our tour guide was Matt. He was very knowledgable about the area and took us to several farms in the area. We took this tour during Breeders Cup weekend. Our first stop was at Keeneland to tour the Barn area being used for auction that day. We saw many weanlings preparing for auction, very cool!
