This 3+ hour family-owned thoroughbred heritage horse farm tour offers a fun and informative tour that will provide you with a unique experience and take you through the heart and soul of Kentucky’s beautiful Bluegrass Horse Country. This is an interactive tour were you will get to touch and pet some horses.

You will visit a private farm that is exclusive to us and has had winners of both the Preakness and Belmont Stakes and will have two in the Derby this year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our horse farm tour. Nicholas was our tour guide and he was fabulous. Being a horse trainer himself, he gave us a lot of history and background on the whole thoroughbred racing, breeding, training experience. The tour was thorough, informative, educational, and most of all, very enjoyable. I couldn't believe how committed Nicholas was to ensuring those on the tour had a good time and viewed the experience positively. But I guess since it is his livelihood (horse training) and thus he's passionate about it, he wants to pass on that passion to others not as familiar as he is. This tour is a well worth your time... you'll love it.

It was a beautiful Friday morning and I had a fantastic time. Our guide was knowledgeable, entertaining, full of fun facts, and -- he could sing! I really appreciated the up close and personal beauty of the farms, horses with their youngsters, and the beautiful Keeneland Race Track. Folks were asking questions and we seemed to develop quite the camaraderie among the quests - especially when a goat cornered two of the guests at a stable! Highly recommend Thoroughbred Heritage Horse Farm Tours.

Our tour guide Matt was extremely knowledgeable and engaged our group well! We had our family of five from our 6 yr old daughter to our 70+ aunt and uncle plus my husband and I. We are a group of non-horsey to horsey people and had him as our personal tour guide and he was great! We learned about the history of racing and thoroughbreds... Facts and tidbits about some of my favorite racehorses... We absolutely loved going to Keeneland! We got to take pictures with the Breeder's Cup trophy, as the BreedersCup will be here next! We got to see the horses being exercised, go on tours of different farms, got to get out and visit one farm and touch horses and just had an overall awesome time! Thank you so much!
