This wonderful Colorado River float trip is a gently flowing section that is inviting to all ages. You’ll encounter a few small rapids as the Colorado River winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranchland. This is a relaxing day with time to sunbathe, swim or just relax and enjoy the day on your Colorado River rafting trip. The Colorado float half day trip is available two departures per day. This trip departs from our Kremmling Outpost, where you will check in and load an AVA vehicle for the 30-minute drive to the Colorado River. We run from Pumphouse Recreation Area to Radium on this trip.

We are so glad we able to use this adventure with our whole family. The kids especially loved it. The guides were so much fun and were loved by all. Great job guys. It shows off the beauty of the area. A must see!. We would to this again. Great fun for family outing.

Our family of 4 went on the river float and it was perfect for our daughters (13) and (10) first trip. We will plan to do another rafting trip in the near future. Our guide, Hunter, did a fantastic job of directing us.

Nick was an amazing guide down the Colorado River, provided us with the opportunity to see a Bald Eagle. I just want to say thank you to AVA for an amazing trip. We will definitely be using you again. I would suggest that you add a proper attire section after a customer books with you. Other than that, you guys are awesome.
