Amazing crew, boat not overcrowded. And the sightings! 3 pods of killer whales, 2 humpbacks, hundreds of dolphins. Way better than we expected! Highly recommend!

We decided for Discovery Whale Watch since they seemed to have the smallest boat with the smallest number of passengers. This turned out to be a good decision. We sTVtarted with a group of approximately 36 passengers at 9am. After 1/2 hour, we already saw the first hunchback whales. Later we spent a good time watching approximately 10 killerwhales. The tour ended accompanied with lots dolphins. This definitely is a tour we will book again when visiting Monterey. The videos we took are definitively more impressive than the photos.

We had a fantastic 4 hours. The guys were all friendly, funny and informative. They worked REALLY hard throughout the whole trip to find whales and position the boat for the best views. I know they can’t predict or plan sighting but we had a lot of great whale viewing. They are definitely worth the price!
