Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Youth rates apply for ages 12 and under. Minimum of 50 lbs. No maximum weight but must be able to wear a life jacket which can accommodate up to a 58 inch chest.
Wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet and footwear that stays securely on your feet such as tennis shoes, sneakers, water shoes or sandals with straps (please no flip flips of Crocs). We have water shoes available to rent for $5. Wet suits and splash jackets will be included and provided during the months of May and June or during periods of cooler weather. Trips depart rain or shine.

This company is great and definitely one of the most popular in the area. I went with my parents so we opted for a half day, since we knew a full day would be too much - which we were right, it was just too hot and couldn't imagine another few hours floating around. The views are amazing and the rapids were fun but since we went in mid August the rapids weren't too crazy. My only complaint would be the price of photos - way too expensive and they weren't THAT great. I'd suggest bringing a GoPro if you have it as they have attachments they rent. Overall I recommend it but if you are looking for a bigger adrenaline rushes maybe try the individual kayaks or go during a time with more aggressive rapids.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad that you and your family enjoyed the trip. The kayaks are tons of fun too if you ever make it back here. There is one company in the area that takes photos for all the companies and they have to drive SD cards back and forth to the river to get our clients photos so the cost of the photos are a little higher. We do welcome guests to bring GoPro's if they want.

I was worried about taking our GD Sophia on a whitewater rafting trip..but this late in the year, the rapids were perfect, not too harsh. We have been on the rapids with harsh water and didn't want to scare the bejesus out of her. Our guide AP was great and made everyone comfortable. He has jokes !! and a great knowledge of the area. Pick AP (Andrew) as your guide, if possible.
