Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Youth rates apply for ages 12 and under. Minimum of 50 lbs. No maximum weight but must be able to wear a life jacket which can accommodate up to a 58 inch chest.
Wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet and footwear that stays securely on your feet such as tennis shoes, sneakers, water shoes or sandals with straps (please no flip flips of Crocs). We have water shoes available to rent for $5. Wet suits and splash jackets will be included and provided during the months of May and June or during periods of cooler weather. Trips depart rain or shine.

we took a break from hiking while in glacier and spent the morning on a raft trip down the flathead river. It was absolutely great! It was towards the end of the season but we still had some great rapids and a great day. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and make sure you have a good time. Would recommend to anyone any age!

We were visiting Glacier National Park during intense wildfires, making most of the sites impossible to see. We were disappointed and still looking for something fun to do. We decided to try whitewater rafting -- and we were so glad we did it with Glacier Raft Company. Doc was our guide and he made the entire experience a blast. We are pretty experienced kayakers and Doc taught us a thing or two that we never knew. His stories were funny and relevant and his knowledge of the area made our adventure even more fun. If you're rafting with Glacier Raft Company, try to get in Doc's boat -- he's great!

We had the best time ever. Our guide was very knowledgeable and serious about the art of guiding a raft through various types of water. We all had a paddle and she taught us signals before we got to the rapids. Then as we went through the rapids, she called out orders of how we were supposed to paddle--forward strokes, backward strokes, paddle extra hard, etc. We had plenty of rest time too. There is room in the boat for a couple of people/children to sit if they're not able to paddle, as well. This was at the end of August, where the water was at a pretty low level--but this did not mean there were no rapids (which is what we had worried about). If this is something you rarely (or never) have done, definitely buy the photograph no matter what the cost--we are so glad we did!
