It is recommend that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.

Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat. We follow the same FAA regulations as the airlines.

Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter

Climb onboard your luxury, air-conditioned A-star helicopter. Each helicopter has six forward-facing seats providing each passenger unobstructed 180-degree views. Recline on leather seats, listen to the stereo CD music and hear descriptive narration from your friendly, professional pilot.

Haleakala Crater

The multi-vision video system records all the great sites of your tour, including the pilot narration set to background music. After the flight, you may purchase the flight recording on a USB for an additional charge.

Do not book if you have hearing aids!!!! My husband has hearing aids and before we went I asked if that would be a problem hearing. I was assured by your company it would be fine. When my first got in the plane the girl put headphones on us and said to tell her if we couldn’t hear. My husband did tell her but she totally ignored him and we took off. He was unable to hear anything. It diminished the experience for us both. I tried to type out what we were seeing on my phone so he would know so I also missed a lot. I know I didn’t have to do this but I was trying to make the situation better for him. This was a lot of money to pay for half the experience. When we got back I told them what happened but they could care less. That already got there money. They were more concerned with selling a picture and video.

Our family of 4 loved the whole experience! Vince was an amazing pilot! We love the history that he added to the journey. We had such a smooth ride and just loved banking and dropping down to the waterfalls! The views over the crater were amazing! My brother said the whole experience was bad ass!! There were only a few things we would’ve like to have added, my headset wasn’t working well, & and we would’ve loved to have our headsets equipped with microphones so Vince could here our questions without yelling at him. Other than that, this is an amazing tour and we highly recommend it!
