This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommend that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.

Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat. We follow the same FAA regulations as the airlines.

Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter

Air Maui Helicopter Tours

Pipiwai Trail

Climb onboard your luxury, air-conditioned A-star helicopter. Each helicopter has six forward-facing seats providing each passenger unobstructed 180-degree views. Recline on leather seats, listen to the stereo CD music and hear descriptive narration from your friendly, professional pilot.

Haleakala Crater

The multi-vision video system records all the great sites of your tour, including the pilot narration set to background music. After the flight, you may purchase the flight recording on a USB for an additional charge.

Road to Hana Tours

We drove a hour from Lahaina to only be told our trip was canceled. They should have called first. What a waste. I would recommend booking with another company. They were extremely rude about the whole the whole thing. What a Waste of our time. We another trip with maverick, who is amazing. Definitely don’t recommend and book ur experience with someone else.

I apologize for the understandable frustration in a last minute cancelation. Weather here in the islands can change quickly. Pilot will occasionally have to cancel last minute if the weather is turns poor and unsafe to fly in. Sometimes they are able to give more notice to staff but sounds like in this case it was a last minute cancelation so staff was not able to call and catch you before you left your hotel so I do apologize for that. Happy to hear you were still able to get on another flight with Maverick and see the beauty Maui has to offer from above.
