The van was overcrowded and had no shocks. Very uncomfortable. I had to climb to the back. Disappointing for the money paid.

We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy the ride. THE van had 11 seats and we just used 10, we didn’t overbook the van because everyone must have your own seat belt. The size of the van is the only one allow to get inside the park Aloha!

This was a blast! Worth the hype. Would not recommend bringing small kids to snorkel as the reefs are difficult not to touch and require careful swimming.

The Bay was beautiful. My friend who came with us did the snorkeling and loved it. This is our second time in Hawaii and awesome time.
