Mediocre. We had to wait for a second van to get us before dawn after the first van didn’t have enough seats for all. The second van did not have enough seats either, so one adult passenger had to sit on another adult’s lap even though she paid for a seat. How is that acceptable? Safe? The driver dropped us at Hanauma Bay and then promptly “deputized” a passenger to handle leading our group, paying fees, etc. I realize a monkey could lead the group and pay the fees collected from passengers, but I could have called a cab, right? And would Hanover been guaranteed a seat.
There were very few fish to see when snorkeling, but I don’t expect a lot of fish on snorkel excursions in Waikiki. The tour company had no control over fish, but did a mediocre job with the things they did control.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable experience for all our passengers. Our vehicles are equipped with seats for every passenger, and while we cannot predict individual passenger sizes, we do our best to accommodate everyone and not discriminate asking about weight. If there was an issue with seating, it was likely due to the size of the group, but we aim to ensure everyone has a seat.
As a transportation service, we focus on getting you to your destination safely and efficiently. While you may be able to call a cab, it’s important to note that you could face long wait times and may not be able to secure a spot to even enter the park.
Regarding the second van, our pickups are scheduled based on the time of your booking. The timing of your pickup, especially at dawn, is part of the process, and we do our best to ensure that all customers are accommodated.
