Our driver Richie was super nice and helped with everything and very informative. The weather was cloudy and a little rainy and very windy which made the snorkeling difficult. We still enjoyed the trip.

Beautiful snorkeling! Seamless shuttle ride to and back from the bay. Had plenty of time to enjoy the magical world of coral and colorful fish!

We had our own vehicle and had a problem with the early morning connection. We were told there was cheap or free parking near the 'Alohilani Resort and there wasn’t. We lucked out and they agreed reluctantly to do valet parking for us and we paid $60 for it. The hotel seemed confused and the driver was confused about the info I had been given. Maybe for personal vehicle connect patrons a map of parking garages and options near the pickup points would be helpful. Thank you
