I understand that this was only for the transportation but still not happy. Picked up at 6am then had to wait until 7 before being dropped off. Driver got us "reserved tickets". 2 other couples in our van got decent entry times. Our family received 9:10 entry times. I asked the driver and he basically blew me off and told me to talk to the park ranger. So we had to wait over 2 hrs to even enter the park. We reached to beach around 9:30-9:45 after watching the mandatory safety video and walking down to the beach. We had just a short time to snorkel before we had to pack it up to make it to our pickup at 11:40. Definitely not work the $255 for the transportation plus $125 entry fees. Next time I will find an alternative method of transportation and get my own reservation tickets.

Aloha we are really sorry for your waiting time. Last Wednesday we had the busiest day of the year. We are on the summer season and Hanauma Bay is a top attraction! We cannot control the tickets time, many customers are booking online to avoid that waiting time.The other customers that you mentioned before were 2 customers and the driver was able to give the tickets from the other van. The other party 2 already made the booking online. Unfortunately for your party of 5 they only had it st that time. We are really sorry about that! Just in case youre still on the island please contact us directly,and we can give a nice discount for another tour. Aloha.

The bay was amazing. Something you have to experience in person. The stop at the blowhole before arriving at the bay was beautiful as well. Amazing scenery
