Booking this transportation exceeded my expectations. The van arrived right on time, 5:50AM. The driver was so nice and friendly for being so early in the morning. Only had to stop once to pick up another family and off we went. We arrived at Hanauma Bay early so the driver stopped at the Blowhole. We got to look around and take pictures for about 10 minutes which was fantastic. The driver maneuvered the van into the first position to get into the park right when they opened. We were the first in line for the 7am video, which was a plus with using this Company. You have to pay the $25 entrance fee but using the transportation company eliminated the need to log online 2 days prior in hopes to get tickets. Hanauma Bay was a good snorkel spot. Lot of coral though and I was expecting more fish but it was a fun trip. The driver was waiting at the designated pickup spot on time. He was just as friendly as he was in the morning. He drove us back to the hotel on time. He was great. The communication leading up to the date was outstanding. Email and text confirmation was perfect. Would definitely recommend using this Company for Hanauma Bay.
