Our trip was cancelled at the last minute. No memories. Sad. Jellyfish. And we leave Tuesday. We were looking forward to seeing the Bay and all the fish but nature won out. We did not want to get stung. Still bummed out about it.

Aloha, We are really sorry about that! But when the State Park decides to close the Bay they are acting as a precaution for everybody’s safety. The water conditions was very dangerous. We hope that you can come back again and make some good memories instead!

Best way to beat the crowds and hassle of trying to go to the bay on your own. Convenient and well worth the service. Hanauma Bay and the snorkeling should not be missed!

First thing first, for Hanauma bay snorkeling, you really do not need a tour guide at all. Even you really need one, Find a pro operator. Not this one, it’s a team of amateurs you simply do not want to deal with! You get me right? I do not want to express my anger with bad words but you get my point: stay away from amateurs! You do not want to teach them how to be a pro!!!

Aloha. We agree with you this is not a guided tour and it is not stated anywhere on the voucher. This is a transportation service and we provide snorkel gears with the shuttle. You are writing this review because you didn’t arrive on time to get picked up for your ride back. Our shuttle driver waited 23 minutes for you, he had to leave and we have documentation of everything. Besides that we had a van full with customers that arrived on time and they all waited for you but needed to leave since they had other excursions. Before our driver left, he and our office tried multiple times to contact you over the phone and by text before leaving the Bay. Stating it’s working with amateurs when we accommodated up until we possibly couldn’t anymore isn’t a fair assessment.
