The driver was awesome! Very informative and very engaging! The price can be off-putting until you realize how expensive a rental car and parking in town costs.

The reason I give this a 3 is because it was very difficult to get clear information. Yes it’s just transportation but if your doing the transportation you need info. Info like what time should I get my tickets for? What if I don’t get tickets? I see others review not to worry about tickets. So it’s confusing. Even the time to return isn’t clear u til you get into the van and the driver tells you. When we went it was bad weather. Everyone was ready to go back hours before driver was to be there. When he came he is like you should have called me. We are like ?? Didn’t tell us this and didn’t give a number so ya. Next time I would Uber. There are lots of those available and the price is not more if there are at least 2 people return. Plus you would not have to go to others hotels for pick ups.

Aloha Tracy, we spoke few days before your tour and you received email from us and time to get pick up. I remember that you changed hotels and you wrote down everything before we finish our phone call. You mentioned over here that you didn’t have our phone to call, but our phone number was the same phone number that you reached us few days before. Nobody contact us requesting earlier return from your shuttle, that’s why we need to keep the regular schedule.Paying a Uber it’s not to cheap because they won’t provide any snorkeling gears and won’t give any explanation about the Bay or how to use the gears. My husband said this has been one of his favorite excursions so far . The van driver was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The company he worked for was very accommodating and the stop after for donuts were great something we would not have done if we had rented a car and gone by ourselves. Thanks for a wonderful trip.
