I've worked with Kaimana Tours through a travel company for the past three years as shuttles to and from Hanauma Bay. We've never had issues, they have always been on time and accommodating. Once the park closed early due to many people getting stung by jellyfish and they picked up our groups right away, no problem. Would highly recommend as they have multiple tours around the island. Hanauma Bay is a beautiful beach for snorkeling but be careful because reefs are shallow and u can scratch and bang legs or arms. Bit disappointed with equipment from Kaimana snorkels kept getting water in them and paid extra for an umbrella that was broken and kept falling over mentioned this to them and all they offered was $5 back

Thanks for your feedback. When you brought back the gears we double checked and the gears were working perfect, driver checked and the office double checked. We do offer life vests and dry tops to prevent the water to go inside the tube but you did not want to upgrade. Your complain was about the water inside the tube, but usually if you don’t keep the tube outside the water that will eventually happen , but with the dry top it definitely won’t happen. We reimbursed back 20% of your rentals which was $5.00 because you still used the other items like the chairs and those needed to be cleaned after.

I really enjoyed the tour. My friends and I were picked up on time and our driver was friendly. Haunama Bay is beautiful. The bay has clear waters and so many fishes to see.
