You have to buy your ticket once you get there. It’s not part of the price. They did provide good snorkeling gear

There are 2 reasons for buying this ticket. 1. You need transportation and snorkel equipment for Hanauma Bay. 2. You aren't able to prebook reservations and you want the tour to get you into the park. However, you will still need to pay the $25 entrance fee.

Great experience, the driver, Mark was great. Unfortunately, the masks fogged up every minute, which made it less enjoyable.
