This was a great outing - the bay is beautiful, and the fish swim right up next to you. The bus picked us up near our hotel in Waikiki; it was nice to have transportation included. We had an awesome driver (Jensen) and were provided great equipment and instructions on how to use it. We definitely recommend!!

Kaimana Tours did a great job on the tour to Hanauma Bay. The snorkel equipment worked well, and the drivers were friendly and prompt. I booked them thru the Go Oahu pass and would highly recommend as they visit many other top sites on Oahu too.

when is a tour bus not allowed in to drop its guess off, went it is a Kaimana Tours ones, we waited near the entrance for about ten minutes before someone told the driver to drive to entrance and we were finally let in, to which there was plenty of spaces for tour buses, time changed the day before for pick up. it would have been better if we had took the bus rather than use this tour company

Aloha , Sorry but the driver needs to respect Hanauma Bay rules , if they told the driver to wait , he needs wait . If you had the bus taken or an Uber would’ve have to wait as well , since the drop off area was at max capacity .About the change on your tour time , it’s stated on the website that if the tour doesn’t reach enough customers can be change to other time or another day of your choosing. Taking our tour package shuttle and snorkeling gear always are the best choice . Aloha .
