The shuttle service was super easy and drivers were great and very friendly. Rental company was also very great and easy to work with. Although it was a very early morning it was great to be the first group on the beach! The weather was windy and chilly in the morning so we had to wait awhile to get into the water but time frame at the beach was perfect. Was a great experience for my family!

Great experience! My husband, son (11 years old) and I had a great time. The tour company was amazing - very communicative and accommodating, especially with all of my questions and ensuring we made it back on time. They went above and beyond. Everyone involved was fantastic. The bay is beautiful - it was a little chilly and very windy but we were still able to see some fun fish. Highly recommend!

What an experience this was! Hanauma Bay is absolutely beautiful and the experience is once in a lifetime. Getting there and getting in line is little wonky and the service provided is very helpful as it is a little cumbersome navigating the entrance process. I would absolutely NOT attempt to go to Hanauma with out having a guide service. I don’t recommend renting the chairs as the walk down is quite steep and carrying them back is bulky. You can rent chairs from the vendor on the beach and prevent the inconvenience.
