As can be seen from my reviews, we have been to many many Hard Rock Cafes around the world and as we were flying out of Chicago we planned this one as well. The staff were very friendly both in the rock shop and the cafe but the design was so great being a round hard rock building using so many glass blocks - it made it look Art Deco in a way. The staff didn’t know about the happy hour drinks which was weird as the barman stated one thing and the waiters another do this needs improving. All in all though a great hard rock but nite that there is effectively no parking as it costs $15 to park there - this should be refunded to hard rock customers in my opinion - we walked from the train

Saturday night meal. Place was busy enough. Food was average. Service not great but could’ve just been our waitress as one of the other waiters sounded really enthusiastic. Wouldn’t recommend.

Located on the edge of the Chicago CBD, this cafe is well worth a visit. The premises are large & feature the rock memorabilia that makes this brand great. Vaulted ceilings provide an excellent venue for live music, & local bands feature on a regular basis. The menu is standard but this location is used to test new menu items, so there could be something new for you to try. Staff are welcoming, personable, & professional. The atmosphere is all that you expect from this franchise. Prices are as expected. Parking on-street can be problematic in the Chicago CBD so it is advisable to use the on-site valet parking service. Cost starts at 15 USD for two hours, excluding tip. Rock Shop on-site. Highly recommended.
