We were traveling in Pigeon Forge with our Australian Shepherd. We tried a couple other restaurants that were supposed to be pet friendly. But they weren’t very hospitable. We went to Hard Rock and were seated immediately on the patio. There was a wait for inside seating. The waiter brought our dog a bowl of water and a treat. The food was excellent. I had a steak that was prepared perfectly. Service was great also. We will be back again.

We sat outside on a Friday afternoon. We are familiar with the Hard Rock prices so there wasn’t sticker shock. What was shocking was our server. Not sure if she was scheduled to be off and someone sat us in her section and forced her to stay or maybe she had tables inside and having us outside was a bother..but she had some attitude! We didn’t ask for extra things, we didn’t have her running all about for this and that. We spent some time afterward trying to figure out why she was so snarky with us. The sad thing is the food was great and because of this lady treating us this way- we will not return. We ate at another restaurant later that night and our server was awesome. There are too many places to eat in the Smokey’s where customer service is important.

Had a good talk with servers and the manager (when not busy). Enjoyed my meal as well. Worth the stop.
